Clinic marketing · Sandton · Johannesburg & Cape Town
Clinic marketing that turns enquiries into booked consults.
When patients can’t find you on Google Maps, or a WhatsApp enquiry waits hours for a reply, interest fades before anyone books. NR Media, a marketing studio on West Street, Sandton, fixes both for aesthetic, dental and private clinics in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

What your clinic gets
01
Found on Google Maps
A complete Google Business Profile and the same name, address and phone number everywhere, so nearby patients can find you and trust what they see.
02
Enquiries answered fast
WhatsApp, site chat and form enquiries land with a clear owner and a prompt first reply, so interest doesn’t go cold.
03
More enquiries become booked consults
A few simple questions sort serious enquiries. Each one then gets your booking link, or goes to your desk with the details ready.
04
A desk that knows who answers
A who-answers playbook: who replies, by when, and how medical questions always reach a person.
Four stages, from first impression to booked consult.
Every clinic we work with moves through the same four stages. Each builds on the last, and the last is where enquiries become bookings.
I
Identity
How the clinic looks, sounds and presents itself, kept consistent across your site, Google profile and messages.
II
Presence
Found on Google Maps and search: a complete Google Business Profile, consistent contact details and a site that makes the next step obvious.
III
Growth
Presence and content kept current month to month, checked against HPCSA guidance before anything goes live.
IV
Conversion
Enquiry to booking: WhatsApp, chat and form enquiries answered, qualified and handed to your booking link or your desk.
IV · Conversion, up close
From enquiry to booked consult
A simplified view of the enquiry flow we set up. The assistant only asks booking questions and routes the enquiry. It never gives medical advice: clinical or urgent questions go straight to a person.
Example · fictional clinic
Example Aesthetic Clinic (fictional)
WhatsApp · site chat · form
01 · Enquiry
“Hi, could I book a consultation?” arrives on WhatsApp.
02 · Qualify
Three booking questions: treatment interest, branch, best time to call. No medical details.
03 · Hand off
Booking link sent, or passed to the front desk with the details ready.
Illustrative example only. Not a real clinic, patient or conversation.

Questions clinics ask
Short answers. Anything else, ask us in your diagnostic.
Who is NR Media for?
Private clinics in Johannesburg and Cape Town: aesthetic clinics and medspas, aesthetic doctors, cosmetic and general dentists, and other private practices that want to be easier to find and easier to book.
What happens in the 30-day sprint?
We put your Google Business Profile and contact details right, set up one clear path from enquiry to booking, add light enquiry qualification, write a who-answers playbook for your desk and check your copy against HPCSA guidance.
Does the enquiry assistant give medical advice?
No. It asks a few booking questions and routes the enquiry. Medical, urgent or treatment questions go straight to a person at your practice.
Does it work with our booking system?
It hands off to the booking route you already use: your online booking link, or your front desk to confirm. We don’t write into your practice diary.
How is patient information handled?
We ask only what’s needed to book, show a privacy notice and ask for consent first. We never ask for ID numbers, medical aid numbers or medical history. Your practice stays responsible for its POPIA and HPCSA obligations.
What does it cost?
Scope and fees are set out in a written proposal after your complimentary diagnostic. There’s no online sign-up.
Start with a practice presence diagnostic.
The diagnostic is complimentary. We look at your Google profile, website and enquiry path, then tell you plainly what we’d fix first.
